PAYMENTS
All payments on vonMonsta.com are secure and are made and processed through PayPal, which allows you to use your choice of credit or debit card in addition to PayPal Credit. You also have the option to checkout as a Guest if you don’t have a PayPal account.
PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING
I aim to send items within 7 working days, but it can take up to 14 working days should I be awaiting items from my printers.
I use Royal Mail to ship most of my orders, posted to the delivery address provided. I post worldwide, but please be aware that delivery times can vary depending upon where you are in the world, so I am unable to guarantee delivery dates. You will be liable for any customs or import charges you may acquire.
All orders over £20 are sent tracked and insured as standard.
Once an item is out of my hands I cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged parcels. I will, however, do everything within my power to help you make a claim for compensation with the postal service.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If for some reason you are not, please contact me within 14 working days after receiving the item. If your item is eligible for return it must be sent back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
A refund for the cost of the item will be given once I have received the item. Any postage costs are non-refundable. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note, insurance on returned packages is highly recommended. If a returned package is uninsured and subsequently lost or damaged, I am not responsible and cannot give a refund in this event.
I regret that I cannot accept returns on sale items or custom orders.
PRIVACY
Google Analytics collects anonymous demographic data which is used to improve the functionality of this site.
All orders from the shop are processed securely via PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
